
Alyssa Nachbaur
Alyssa spent her summers growing up at Minisink. She started working at Minisink in 2006 as an assistant tennis instructor. She has previously been our Head of Administration and Camp Director.
Alyssa is currently a high school math and computer science teacher at Bridgewater-Raritan Regional High School. She graduated from TCNJ with a degree in Math and Education and has her Masters in Education from Marygrove University.

Oleg Tioutine
Oleg is from Ukraine. He is married and has two sons. He started playing tennis at age of 8. He was in top 3 juniors in his country.
He graduated with Bachelor degree from State institute of Physical education and Sport in Kiev, Ukraine.
Oleg is certified in tennis, paddle tennis and Pickleball. He taught and coached racquets sports in various clubs in New Jersey. Most recent ones include Canoe Brook CC, Rockaway River CC and Montclair Country Club.

Lauren Hauser
Lauren holds certifications as a Certified Pool Manager, First Aid/CPR/AED, Water Safety Instructor, and Epi-Pen administration with over a decade of pool management experience.
Lauren is currently a Physical Education, Health and Drivers Theory teacher at Westfield High School.
She graduated from Rowan University with both a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Exercise Science as well as a Masters degree in Wellness and Lifestyle Management and is currently completing additional in graduate credits and a supervisory certification.
Lauren has previous coaching experience in swimming, softball, and soccer.

Al Hauser
Al is a retired teacher, coach, and administrator from the Montville School System. He holds certifications as a Certified Pool Operator as well as CPR/AED with over 35 years of pool management experience.
He graduated from Glassboro State College with a Bachelor’s degree in Health, Physical Education and Traffic Safety.
He holds a Master’s degree in Educational Leadership from William Paterson University, with a Principal and Supervisor Certification.

Sarah Burton
Sarah is currently attending TCNJ. She has just completed her Junior year and is majoring in Elementary Education and Psychology. While at TCNJ, she is a member of the Varsity Swim Team. She also holds certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED. Sarah lives in West Caldwell and has previously been an assistant swim coach and lifeguard for the town’s recreation swim team.

Barrie Schwarz
Barrie is a certified elementary school teacher with valid licenses in both New Jersey and New York. She taught fourth grade in NYC for 9 years before starting a family and moving to New Jersey. Barrie attended day camp and sleepaway camp for many years as a child – some of the best summers of her life! She even worked at the sleepaway camp she attended all through college, and then worked at a day camp during her summers off once becoming a teacher. Most recently she served as the assistant director at a local day camp for 5 years. Barrie shares her love of camping with her 2 daughters, Leah (11) and Molly (7) who are both avid campers as well. She lives in Scotch Plains with Leah, Molly, her husband, Neil and their 14 year old dog, Joey. To say she is thrilled to be joining Minisink as the camp director this summer would be an understatement!

Victoria Stevens
Victoria is a current fourth-grade teacher in Summit Public Schools where she is also the high school boys head swim coach. She holds certifications in First Aid/CPR/AED, Water Safety Instructor, and Epi-Pen administration.
She graduated from Rider University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education & Dance Studies. She was a Division I scholarship swimmer for 4 years at Rider University. After she graduated she continued to swim and compete to follow her dream to qualify for Olympic Trials. Unfortunately due to Covid, her dream came to an end but she took her passion for the sport and became a volunteer coach for a few years and is now a head swim coach. She is extremely excited to be joining Minisink as the head swim coach and can’t wait to meet all of her swimmers & parents!!
