Minisink is thrilled to welcome back Chef Chris Prosper to the Snack Shack! He has added some new options for this season including smoothies, Thai Chicken Buddha Bowl & new salad options.
Chef Prosper graduated from the College of Culinary Arts at Johnson and Wales University and is currently a private chef and caterer. From owning cafes to managing large-scale restaurants, Chef Prosper has over 20 years of experience creating amazing culinary experiences.

New for 2023: Minisink has invested in pagers for the Snack Shack. For purchases that are need to be prepared, you will be given a numbered pager. When your food is ready, your pager will go off.
In 2023, Minisink is providing multiple ways for people to purchase items from the Snack Shack. We are a 100% cashless operation. The preferred method of payment is to purchase pre-paid gift cards for the Snack Shack. Given the credit card processing fees, the very small orders (e.g. bag of chips, soda, ice cream) was costing the club in some cases up to 20% of the order total in credit card fees. With the purchase of a pre-paid gift card, the fees are only on the original purchase price of the card and becomes a much smaller percentage of the overall cost. Minisink uses Square for the Snack Shack, so all of your personal information is held securely on their servers.

- If members had a gift card or a credit card on file from last season, that will still exist. For some families, there is already an available balance on your gift card.
- Members will only be able to have a single gift card on file to make the payment process easier, so the person taking the order should only see a gift card or a credit card on file.
- Members can buy and re-load a gift card from this single page. If you buy a new card, you will also have the option to keep your credit card on file.
- Login to this page with your Minisink username and password. Once you login, you will see the name of the account to provide to the Snack Shack, as well as the email on file for receipts when purchases are made. You will also be able to see your purchase history in this page as well.
If you wish to not purchase a gift card (or if you have a guest at the club), you can also pay via credit card or touchless payments.
